  • First of all, press Win + R to launch the Run Command Window. Now type services.msc in the dialog box.
  • Press Enter key and it will open the Services Manager.
  • Now, find the Windows Search from the list and check if its running or not.
  • If it’s not running then right click on it and go to properties.
  • Change the Startup status to Start and then Apply the settings.

#2. Restart Windows Explorer

  • At first, open Windows File Explorer and enter this path C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\.
  • Now, Right-click on the Powershell and then click on Run as Administrator.
  • Type the given command in the Powershell Window and hit enter.
